Nothing Wrong With Books
Books will survive. They are personal, portable, and have a lot of advantages to them, such as not getting corrupted or being at the mercy of a fickle electronic device. Plus, they look good on shelves.
I don't knock e-books. I think if there is a market for them, great, go for it. I don't shun the format, but sometimes I wonder if the e-book could be better utilized with more interaction and other goodness. It should just be a book on the screen -- it should take advantage of the medium to offer a new kind of book. |
